TRIBUTES have today been paid to an 'inspirational' Suffolk man who died following a lengthy battle to overcome terrible injuries sustained in a road accident two years ago.

Lorry accident causes train delays
A LORRY hit a railway bridge near Ipswich today, causing minor delays to mainline trains. Suffolk Police say a lorry struck the bridge in Ship Lane, Bramford, at about 4.50pm.

As part of the humanitarian appeal, Operation Florian, Suffolk County Council will open its doors for a night of fashion next Thursday with models including Suffolk fire-fighters and Ipswich Town footballers.

SPEEDING motorists in Suffolk are to be targeted as part of a Europe-wide enforcement campaign next week. The week long campaign which starts next Monday and will last until Sunday aims to highlight the issue and target offenders.
