Police probe footballer's stag trip death
POLICE are investigating the sudden death of a 25-year-old Felixstowe man whose body was found in a Birmingham hotel room. Michael Agar, well known in the Ipswich Sunday morning football league, is believed to have been on a stag weekend when he died.

Chief constable found dead near cliff
MICHAEL Todd, one of Britain's most senior police officers, has been found dead, his force confirmed tonight. The body of the chief constable of Greater Manchester Police was found this afternoon at the bottom of a cliff after he went missing last night while walking in Snowdonia.

UNCERTAINTY surrounds the future of around 90 jobs at an Ipswich-based mechanical and electrical company which has gone into administration. The directors of Warners M&E Ltd, which can trace its history back to 1845 and has an annual turnover of £9 million, called in administrators earlier today.
