15 January 2010Nice to see a tradtional english country pub. Exposed beams, real fire place, home cooked traditional food along with excellent real ales ( so my husband told me..lol). The garden is exceptional and has a lovely childrens play area, family who run it are real nice to, well worth a visit.2010-01-15reviewSorrel Horse Inn4

01 July 2008Good old fashioned cuisine, well cooked and lots of it ! The sizzling steak is a joy to behold, and other specials like pheasant casserole, beef goulash and liver and onions are tasty and wholesome. Does a good cheeseburger as well and whitebait as a starter is enough for 2 or 3 !! Great value food on a consistent basis even when it gets very busy.
Lovely garden for kids and you can eat outside at lunchtimes or in the evenings.
Interesting bunch of regulars as well !!
Give it a go - you won't be disappointed. 2008-07-01reviewSorrel Horse Inn4
