we had heard all the hype and been recommended as a place to visit but can't say as I was that impressed, we waited 20mins to be served, then it took over am hour to get our food as the lady had lost our order, twice she came over and asked my husband what he wanted! When it came my food wasn't overly warm and they'd still got my husbands order wrong. Staff weren't as friendly as we were told and felt like we were being ignored, it certainly ruined our anniversay lunch we definately won't be going back :( shame as we had such high hopes.

Wow, a fab place to eat for all the family. Great food and excellent service. The best resturante I have been to in Suffolk!!!!

I think the restraunt is a excellent place to dine or chill out with a great play area for the children!!! It has delicious food and a 10 star dining area!

The black tiles is fun and it has more than an ordinary resturant it has a beer garden, play area for kids, a large car park and a large pond with lodes of patterned fish in it! The meals are superb and the service is fast as soon as you sit down 5 minutes later and your ordering then about half an hour later your food arives and usally your food would be about 40 minutes - 1 hour in coming to your table thats why i think black tiles is a very good/fab/great/exellent/superb resturant
