The Park and Ride site is located near the Copdock Mill Interchange off the A12/A14. The site is signed from the A14 (from Felixstowe and Stowmarket directions), from the A12 (from Colchester direction), from the A137 (Wherstead), the A1071 (from Hadleigh) and the A1214 (out of Ipswich). Just follow the Park and Ride roadsigns.
The site is open from 07:00 until 19:00 Mondays to Saturdays. There are 550 parking spaces, and parking is free (when using the Park & Ride service). Dedicated Park and Ride buses to the town centre run every 10 minutes starting 07:05.
Return for a group of up to 5 people traveling together on any day of the week.

The signage could be improved for strangers. What we now know to be London Road Park and Ride was called Ipswich Park and Ride at the entrance.
We parked our car and got on a bus which said Martlesham Park and Ride so we took that to be the name of the place we were at. (I think Ipswich as a destination on the front of the bus would have been better. ) Coming back we got on a bus with Martlesham on the front and ended up back in Ipswich after a trip to Martlesham! Luckily we were not pushed for time but we felt that better signs would have made it clearer.
