We used to love this place but every time we go it gets worse and worse, and after last night we will definitely not be going back! We waited an hour and a half for our food, only for it to arrive cold. We had to play 'find the meat' with the chicken biryani, and the Murghi Massala (which usually comes with plenty of chicken breast) consisted of a chicken leg and a wing on the bone! The vegetable Rogan Josh was clearly just tinned tomatoes and frozen veg. All of this could have been forgiveable had the staff been at all apologetic, but when we complained there was definitely no "sorry", and when we tried to negotiate on the bill they accused us of just trying to get free food. hi there Mr Anon, im sorry you had to experience this on your visit, i have been a member of staff here for over 5 years and your complaint is amongst the two or three that i have received during this period. We try extremely hard to maintain the quality of our food and on busy nights we try even harder, but sometimes there may be the odd twitch in our food due to the high amount of orders on weekends. 15 October 2011I used to be a big fan of this place, that was until last night (14 oct 2011). They were so far off the mark that i wont be going back. My family and i were very disappointed with the food. A Garlic Chicken Sali that i ordered turned out like chicken tika in tinned tomatoes (yuk!).
