29 January 2008Sorry Rowley Evans but i have to disagree with you about the fishermans pie, it should be re-named potato pie!!! and for £12.00 i could of bought 4 sacks of potatoes.
However i can agree that the waiting staff were very good indeed and that the chef should be replaced.
My rating is of the food only

28 December 2007Lobster like rubber rest of meal poor, wine list poor over priced and very poor quality, best thing about this restaurant is the waitress service. should have a 0 rating will never return and will put others off from wasting their money.

17 October 2007Visit last Sunday; Road Works Outside; Ordered Haddock and Fishermans Pie; Haddock swimming in creamy sauce; Fishermans Pie should be called Celery Pie, had enourmous chunks of celery; Both taken back; re-ordered Fish & chips; so small like performing operation on sparrow!; mushy peas disgusting. Thru all this waiting staff were great. Get New Chef!

14 June 2006I have had several meals here. The food is delicious and the "specials" add interest and variety to the a la carte menu. The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The venue is impressive and eating outside on the terrace is very pleasant on a balmy evening. Occasional live music adds to the relaxed and easy atmosphere. I love it!
